I’VE BEEN working a bit too much lately. All day every day for two weeks in a row that is. And here’s to two things that gave good energy through this last day before chill time: Fentimans Rose Lemonade. Fermented and so good! And DELICIOUSLY ELLA, a beautiful cook book and present I got from Caroline Edgeley – one of my riders and guests at The Equestrian Mindaway Retreat, who remembered my love for organic, gluten free, vegan foods. SO GOOD!!
Now: Turmeric burger buns with steamed kale and tahini dip. Then avocado chocolate mouse and berries.
