WHEN RIDING most of the day (and not being very good in sitting still for enough time to digest healthy) I don’t feel great eating a too heavy breakfast – but I still need energy. So say hi to my favourite solution at the moment: the green Mango Cashew Smoothie! You find the recipe here and I usually ad gluten free oats as well. It makes it really creamy and keeps me going while still being able to stay light on the horses. So good!
